- (October 2009) We attended with great results the Anuga fair in Cologne. See you soon in Bologna!
- (Sept. 2009) Preparations for the Anuga fair are on the way! The fair will take place from the 10 to the 14 of October. Come visit us at pavillion 10.1, we are in the stand B081. Come and see the new tasty products of our company: among the others there are new flavours for the pecorino at fixed weight and the sliced pecorino.
- (June 2009) We attended with great results the Tuttofood fair in Milan. See you soon in Cologne!
- (Jan 2009) - Great success for the company in the marca fair of Bologna. Caseificio Spadi Enzo presented its new products like the fixed weight pecorinos and got important contacts with other firms in Italy and in Europe. The caseificio is already preparing for the next two fairs of this year:
TUTTOFOOD in Milan and ANUGA in Koln. (Germany).
- (Dec 2008) - The company Caseificio Spadi Enzo will attend the marca fair that will be held the 15th and 16th of January in Bologna. It's a good opportunity for the company to show its new products and new solutions for the private label market. Come to visit us at our stand positioned in C33 pavillion 26.
- (May 2008) - Once again Caseificio Spadi Enzo demonstrated the GREAT quality of its products that partaked in the famous national competition of italian dairy products "Trofeo San Lucio".
Golden Medal for our Caciotta that ranked first! a delicious and soft fresh cheese made with cow's and sheep milk.
Silver Medal for our Pecorino Toscano Dop (Pdo), a Cheese that is the highest representant of the Tuscan dairy tradition.
Bronze medal for Our Pecorino matured in Grotto.
